Underground Storage Tank Cap Increase

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 5 of chapter 21J of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 7 and 8, the figure “$1,500,000” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:-$2,500,000.”
