Behavioral health care electronic records funding access

Representatives Kocot of Northampton and Puppolo of Springfield move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-  "SECTION      .  Section 6E of chapter 40J of the General Laws, as appearing in the 20XX Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 14-16 the sentence, “Amounts credited to the fund shall be expended or applied only with the approval of the executive director of the corporation upon consultation with the health information technology council established under section 2 of chapter 118I of the General Laws.” and inserting in place thereof the following new sentence:- “Amounts credited to the fund shall be expended or applied only with the approval of the executive director of the health policy commission established under section 2(b) of chapter 6D of the General Laws.”
