Retaining Existing Membership in the Logan Airport Community Advisory Committee

Representatives Rogers of Cambridge, Garballey of Arlington, Hecht of Watertown, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Cusack of Braintree, Tucker of Salem, Brodeur of Melrose and Crighton of Lynn move to amend the bill by striking out Section 25 in its entirety and replacing it with "SECTION 25. Chapter 465 of the acts of 1956 , as most recently amended by section 55 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2013, is hereby further amended by striking out in lines 11 through 13 "provided, that appointed members shall be versed in at least 1 of the following disciplines: airport operations; environmental affairs, labor relations, public health or port operations."
