Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the amendment in line 12, by striking the number "3" and inserting in its place the number "10;" and in line 17, by striking the number "3," and inserting in its place the number "10;" and in line 60, by striking the number "3" and inserting in its place the number "10;" and in line 61, by striking the number "1" and inserting the number "10."
