Amendment #16 to H3805

Corrective

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the amendment by inserting after the word “value’,”, in line 6 of House, No. 3805, the following words:-

“an arm’s length purchaser who pays valuable consideration, including”.

And also striking in line 16 the following words "section 14 of this chapter", and replacing it with the words "this section".
