Availability of public records

Mr. Bradley of Hingham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX

Section 10 of chapter 66 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of said section the following paragraph:-“Public records made available by the records custodian for viewing on the internet fully comply with the provisions of this chapter.”
