Open Meeting Law Exemption

Representatives Hill of Ipswich and Kelcourse of Amesbury move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION 18 of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the definition of "Public Body", by striking the phrase "the general court or the committees or recess committees thereof".
