Removing the Legislative exemption to the open meeting law

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:  Section X. Section 18 of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, after the words "shall not include", the words “the general court or the committees or recess commissions thereof,”.
