Reasonableness of Request

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in Section 5 by inserting in proposed section 10 (b) the following new subsection:-

"(viii) a records access officer shall provide a written notification to the requester requesting a written justification of reasonableness when a request is vague in nature and/or generates search results over 500 printed pages"
