Amendment #75 to H3944

Adding Nurse Practioners and Pharmacists to the PMP

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 12 by adding after the words “outpatient use” the followings words:

“Line 4 of subsection (a)1 of Section 24A of said Chapter 94C of the General Laws is hereby amended by by inserting after the word “professionals” the following language:-

“including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists”
