Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill after Section 12 by inserting the following new Section:-

“Section13. A municipal licensing authority shall not be prohibited from imposing additional requirements on transportation network companies and transportation network drivers operating within its boundaries not inconsistent with the provisions of this act [or any regulations promulgated hereunder].”
