Amendment #11 to H4049

Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation Duties

Representatives Garlick of Needham, Holmes of Boston, Toomey of Cambridge and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill in Section 3 by adding the following subsection:

(e) Chapter 40W of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 3

the following section:-

(x) impose a per ride fee on the ride-for-hire industry in an amount sufficient to provide for funding of Section 9A hereunder.
