Representatives Garlick of Needham, Holmes of Boston, Toomey of Cambridge and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill in Section 3 in subjection (a) in line 43 by striking the words “endeavor to” and in line 46 by striking the words “Such financial assistance may include, without limitations” and inserting and in place thereof the following: “By exercising its powers under sections 3(i) and 3(n) such financial assistance may be include, without limitation:”
