Equitable Insurance Coverage

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION 17: Section 34D of Chapter 90 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end of the section therein the following sentence:-

“Furthermore, all “Ride For Hire Vehicles” (taxicab, livery, and transportation network vehicles) shall be excluded from the provisions of this section.”
