Uniform Statewide Regulation

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill after SECTION 12 by adding the following section:-

SECTION 13. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, Transportation Network Companies and Transportation Network Company Drivers are governed exclusively by this Chapter and any rules promulgated by the Department consistent with this Chapter.
