Amendment #22 to H4049

Provisional Authorization

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 4, subsection 4(a), by inserting at the end thereof the following: 

“, provided however, that the division may authorize a person who has been determined suitable under section 3(b)(2) to provide transportation network services on a provisional or temporary basis during any period of time that the division determines necessary for it to establish the administrative, technical, and organizational capacity to effectively carry out the requirements of this section.”
