Accommodations of Passengers with Special Needs

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill by adding the following subsection: 

Section 7 (d).  Any transportation network company not in compliance with Section 3(b)(6) of Chapter 159A 1/2 as proposed herein or whose driver is not in compliance with Section 98 A of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, including the accommodation of service dogs, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $10,000.
