Insurance

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in SECTION 6, line 396, by adding after the words “livery vehicle” the following: -

“; provided however, that taxicabs and livery vehicles may satisfy the insurance requirements by means of a commercial insurance policy in compliance with chapter 90 and section 113L of chapter 175.”

Mr. Hunt further moves to amend the bill in line 407 by striking after the word “driver,” the following: -

“the ride for hire company or some combination thereof.”
