License Plate Requirement

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in SECTION 4, line 145, by striking Section 2 (b) (1) in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(1)In consultation with the registry of motor vehicles, provide for the establishment of designated Transportation Network Company vehicle registration and license plates.  Said plates shall clearly indicate that the registered vehicle is used for the purpose of providing ride for hire services.
