Amendment #8 to H4049

Decal Requirement

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill by striking out in SECTION 4, lines 145-149, section 2(b)(1) of Chapter 159A 1/2, and inserting in place thereof the following text:-

(1)  in consultation with the registry of motor vehicles, provide for the review and approval of removable decals designed and issued by transportation network companies to transportation network drivers that will be used to designate a vehicle as a transportation network company vehicle for law enforcement and public safety purposes;
