Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 20 to 22, inclusive, the words “or other applicable federal law or regulation; or (b) do any act, whether direct or indirect, to cause an unlicensed radio telecommunication to, or inference with” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “47 C.F.R. Part 97, or other applicable federal law or regulation; or (b) do any act, whether direct or indirect, to cause an unlicensed radio telecommunication to, or interference with”.
