Amendment #2 to H4116

Relative to Protecting the Commonwealth’s Coastline, Ports and Harbors

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, by inserting the following new line-item therein:

"xxxx-xxxx For the implementation of a statewide port security camera network integrated with the United States Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency, and all thirty municipal ports within Coast Guard Sector 1, including any community participating in the existing Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI); provided that every state dollar is matched by one dollar in federal funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  $1,000,000"
