Relative to fulfilling the Commonwealth's obligation resulting from civil action no. 96-cv-11598MEL

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2 by striking out line-item 1599-3384 and inserting in place thereof:-

“1599-3384Settlements and Judgments; provided, that $2,100,000 shall be expended to satisfy the judgment in civil action NO. 96-cv-11598MEL.................................... $12,506,260
