Health Plan Access to Immunization Registry

Ms. Hogan of Stow move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Section 24M of the Chapter of 111 is hereby amended in the sixth paragraph by adding at the end thereof the following:

‘and (6) to the extent permitted by the applicable state and federal privacy laws, private health care payers as defined by Chapter 12C section 1 and public health care payers as defined by Chapter 12C section 1.’”.
