Amendment #1019 to H4200

Coastal Resiliency Grant Program

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield, Schmid of Westport, Murphy of Weymouth, Madden of Nantucket, Kocot of Northampton, Cutler of Duxbury, Calter of Kingston and Ashe of Longmeadow move to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item 2000-1700 the following item:

"2000-XXXX For the coastal resiliency grant program, provided that not less than $1,000,000 shall be designated for grant proposals featuring coastal breakwaters, including but not limited to wave attenuation devices or artificial reefs......$10,000,000"
