Dual Enrollment Expansion

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Section 39 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "education", in line 3, the following words:- or a non-profit, independent, degree-granting career technical institution.”
