Adult Day Health

; provided further that, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall establish payment rates for adult day health programs using as base year costs, for rate determination purposes, the reported costs of the calendar year 2013 adjusted to the current rate year and for reasonableness, and for costs attributable to adult day health licensure regulations promulgated by the Department of Public Health (105 CMR 158.000), which became effective January 2, 2015.
