Circuit Breaker Transportation Funding

Representatives Rogers of Norwood, Ayers of Quincy, Stanley of Waltham, Garlick of Needham, McMurtry of Dedham, Dwyer of Woburn, Khan of Newton, Fiola of Fall River, Koczera of New Bedford, Gonzalez of Springfield, Gifford of Wareham, Heroux of Attleboro, Dooley of Norfolk, Whelan of Brewster and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section X.  Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, after the word “include,” in line 26, the words “transportation costs”.".
