Representatives Khan of Newton, Malia of Boston, Balser of Newton, Decker of Cambridge, Mom of Lowell, Keefe of Worcester, O'Day of West Boylston, Fox of Boston, Rogers of Cambridge, Swan of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow and Heroux of Attleboro move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, in line 15, by inserting after “public or private sources” the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the International Institute of New England for culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for immigrants and refugees who have experienced torture and trauma”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$382,654,252” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$382,904,252”.
