MassHealth Reimbursement Rates for Home Health Services

Representatives Heroux of Attleboro and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4000-0300, in line 100, by inserting after "fiscal year 2017"  the following: "provided further, that the executive office shall conduct a full review of MassHealth reimbursement rates for home health services pursuant to 114.3 CMR 50.04, including continuous skilled nursing workforce adequacy and access to care"
