Amendment #1059 to H4200

Avon Industrial Park

Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 9, by inserting after the word "commonwealth" the following: "provided further, that not less than $562,000 be expended for the redevelopment of infrastructure in the Avon Industrial Park"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,343,665" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,905,665".
