Aspire Teacher Support Program

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, in line 2, by inserting after the word “education”  the following: “and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Aspire Teacher Support Program, which shall expend funds for programs that utilize retired teachers to mentor novice public school elementary and secondary education teachers”.
