Substance Abuse Screenings for Adolescents/SBIRT

Representatives Khan of Newton, Smizik of Brookline, Vega of Holyoke, Walsh of Framingham, Dwyer of Woburn, Heroux of Attleboro, Campbell of Methuen, Madaro of Boston, Balser of Newton, Rogers of Cambridge, Keefe of Worcester, Barber of Somerville, DiZoglio of Methuen, Cantwell of Marshfield, Garry of Dracut, Provost of Somerville, Scibak of South Hadley, Kane of Shrewsbury, Stanley of Waltham, Toomey of Cambridge and Ashe of Longmeadow move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250, in line 21, by inserting after the words “questioning youth” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $1,100,000 shall be expended to support the implementation of Section 97 of M.G.L. Chapter 71 as amended by Section 15 of Chapter 52 of the Acts of 2016”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$11,932,830” and inserting in place thereof the figures “13,032,830”
