Amendment #1068 to H4200

Representatives Moran of Boston, Balser of Newton, Chan of Quincy, Cullinane of Boston, Cusack of Braintree, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Finn of West Springfield, Heroux of Attleboro, Honan of Boston, Khan of Newton, Koczera of New Bedford, Linsky of Natick, Madaro of Boston, McMurtry of Dedham, Michlewitz of Boston, Moran of Lawrence, Sannicandro of Ashland and Walsh of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4401-1000, in line 9, by inserting after the word “services” the following: “; and provided further, that no less than $794,000 shall be expended for contracts entered into with the Massachusetts Office of Refugees and Immigrants with whom the department of transitional assistance entered into service agreements within fiscal year 2016”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,794,000”.
