Amendment #1075 to H4200

MSBA Capital Funding English Language Learners

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

"SECTION XXXX.  Section 8 of chapter 70B of General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after "school districts" the following: "; and (9) priority shall be given to school projects needed in the judgment of said authority to replace or add to obsolete buildings in order to provide for a full range of programs for the increasing enrollment of English Language Learners".
