Amendment #1092 to H4200

Tri-Town Water Treatment Facility

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following: “; provided further that no less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to the Tri-Town Water District, which the towns of Braintree, Holbrook, and Randolph, for the construction of a new Tri-Town Water Treatment Facility”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$25,052,967” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$30,052,967”.
