Amendment #1093 to H4200

Coastal Resiliency Grant Program Wave Attenuating Devices

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield and Calter of Kingston move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2000-0100, in line 11, by inserting after the word "office;" the following

"; and provided further, that not less than 150,000 shall be designated for the coastal resiliency grant program to support coastal resiliency breakwater pilots featuring wave attenuation devices or artificial reefs in areas vulnerable to coastal flooding and storm damage"

and in said item by striking out the figures "7,768,750" and inserting in place thereof the figures "7,918,750".
