Amendment #1094 to H4200

Geriatric Mental Health Services

Representatives Balser of Newton, Fiola of Fall River, Khan of Newton, Malia of Boston, Heroux of Attleboro, Hecht of Watertown, Rogers of Cambridge, Benson of Lunenburg, Gentile of Sudbury, O'Day of West Boylston, Barber of Somerville, Sannicandro of Ashland and Tosado of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, by adding the following: "provided further that the Department of Mental Health and the Executive Office of Elder Affairs shall execute an elder mental health interagency service agreement for adult home and community based behavioral health services to adults over the age of 60, and provided further that not less than $350,000 be expended for these services.”.
