Amendment #1096 to H4200

MCAS/Adams Scholarship

Representatives Silvia of Fall River, Tosado of Springfield, Howitt of Seekonk, Haddad of Somerset, O'Connell of Taunton, Ashe of Longmeadow and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7009-9600, by adding the following:

"; provided further, that non-public  school students who are Massachusetts residents may take the high school MCAS examination for the puropose to determine and qualify for the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship."
