Community College Collective Bargaining

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in section 2,

in item 7502-0100, by striking out the figures “10,777,744” and inserting place thereof the figures “10,880,693”;

and in item 7503-0100, by striking out the figures “20,478,333” and inserting in place thereof the figures “20,706,675”;

and in item 7504-0100, by striking  out the figures “12,096,928” and inserting in place thereof the figures “12,206,415”;

and in item 7505-0100, by striking out the figures “10,203,490” and inserting in place thereof the figures “10,319,586”;

and in item 7506-0100, by striking out the figures “19,807,113”, and inserting in place thereof the figures “20,042,559”;

and in item 7507-0100, by striking out the figures “15,823,504” and inserting in place thereof the figures “15,976,238”;

and in item 7508-0100, by striking out the figures “20,742,077” and inserting in place thereof the figures “20,997,575”;

And further, the bill is amended in Section 2, by inserting after item 1599-XXXX, the following item:-

“1599-4441 For a reserve to meet the fiscal year 2017 costs of salary adjustments and other economic benefits authorized by collective bargaining agreements with the community colleges and the executive branch and ratified by the general court……….$3,681,151.”
