Amendment #1108 to H4200

MassDOT Advertising

Representatives Gregoire of Marlborough and Vincent of Revere move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XX: Section 3 of chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out paragraphs (47) and (48) and inserting in place thereof the following 3 paragraphs:- (47) ensure regional equity related to transportation planning, construction, repair, maintenance, capital improvement, development and funding; (48) designate a representative to act in its interest in labor relations matters with its employees; and (49) sell, lease, or otherwise contract for advertising, including in or on the facilities of the department".
