Quincy Animal Shelter

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100 by inserting at the end thereof the following: "provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the construction of an Animal Shelter on DCR-owned property in the city of Quincy."
