Squantum Point Park Boat Ramp

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the engineering, design and construction costs for a boat ramp at Squantum Point Park in North Quincy".
