Livestock Processing Amendment

Representatives Markey of Dartmouth and Howitt of Seekonk move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $125,000.00 shall be expended to promote and develop livestock processing facilities that utilize locally-raised animals"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,089,746”and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,214,746”.
