Amendment for Aging Services Access Points Contracts
Representatives Markey of Dartmouth, Brodeur of Melrose, Rosa of Leominster, McMurtry of Dedham, Ayers of Quincy, DiZoglio of Methuen, Toomey of Cambridge, Gentile of Sudbury, Linsky of Natick, Kaufman of Lexington, Moran of Lawrence, Galvin of Canton, Benson of Lunenburg, Tosado of Springfield, Koczera of New Bedford and O'Connell of Taunton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-1633, in line 9 by inserting after “systems” the following: “;provided further, that all monies appropriated in this item shall be expended for contracts with Aging Services Access points; provided further that such expenditures shall be submitted to the house and senate committees on ways and means" and in said item by striking out the figures “$33,795,743” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$35,546,961”.
