Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend section 2, in item 8900-0011, in line 5, by inserting after the word “employees;” the following:- “provided, that the commissioner of correction may allocate year-end net profits to the cost of drug, substance abuse, and rehabilitative programming;”.
