Improving Elder Access to Integrated Care

Ms. Campanale of Leicester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-1630, by inserting the following: "provided further, that the secretary of elder affairs shall transfer funds appropriated in this item to item 4000-0600 for supporting the costs of consumers enrolled in the home care program as of July 1, 2016 and who subsequently enroll in the MassHealth senior care options (SCO) program during fiscal year 2017; and provided further, that a transfer amount to item 4000-0600 may not exceed the estimated annual cost of care in the home care program for the fiscal year 2017 SCO enrollees".
