Amendment #118 to H4200

Relative to Title 5 income tax credit reform

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section X. SECTION 1. Section 6(i) of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 198 the figure “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$25,000”; and, by striking in line 201 the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$4,000”; and by striking in line 203 the figure “$6,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$10,000.”
