Amendment #1181 to H4200

Firefighter Critical Incident Stress Programs

Representatives Balser of Newton, Ultrino of Malden, DiZoglio of Methuen, Muratore of Plymouth, Khan of Newton, Schmid of Westport, Moran of Lawrence, Cantwell of Marshfield, Gentile of Sudbury, McMurtry of Dedham, Hecht of Watertown, Garballey of Arlington, Keefe of Worcester, Decker of Cambridge and Heroux of Attleboro moves to amend the bill, in section 2, line item 8324-0000 by striking out the figure “$20,799,781” and inserting in its place the figure: “23,299,781” and further moves to amend the bill by inserting the following:

“provided further, that the amount allocated for critical incident stress intervention programs and fire department training academies in said item 8324-0000 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008 shall be allocated to each program in fiscal year 2017"
