Amendment #1182 to H4200

Secure Jobs – Worcester Community Action Council

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Donahue of Worcester and Mahoney of Worcester moves that the bill be amended, in sction 2, in item 7004-9322, by deleting the following: -

“provided, that the program shall be administered by agencies that have demonstrated experience working in partnership with regional administering agencies, including, but not limited to: Community Teamwork, Inc.; Father Bill's & MainSpring, Inc.; HAP, Inc.; Jewish Vocational Services; and SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc.;”

And inserting the following: -

“provided that the program shall be administered by agencies that have demonstrated experience working in partnership with regional administering agencies, including, but not limited to: Worcester Community Action Council; Community Teamwork, Inc.; Father Bill's & MainSpring, Inc.; HAP, Inc.; Jewish Vocational Services; and SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc.”
